Surprised
Played this course 5 years ago and due to a 4 hour front 9 (left as I couldn’t stand it any longer)said I wouldn’t be back. Although the round took 5 hours, the condition of the course was nice. Not perfect by any means, but very playable. Greens were very nice and putted pretty consistent. The starter was a young lady and was very personable, can’t say that for the guy in the pro shop. Overall was a nice round on a pretty nice course. A ranger would speed play as the group in front of me had at least a hole and a half open in front of them. Pretty sure I’ll be back…
Good course to play.
Great place to play. Owners are on sight and very easy to deal with. All golfers who play at Wetlands are easy to deal with also.
Wetlands Golf Course
Great course, usually grab the hot deals which is a good value. Friendly staff, would recommend! Pace of play could be a little better but not too bad.

Gold tees ridiculously placed forward on front nine. Reached par 5, #3 with drive and 7 iron. All traps were awful. It appears that none had been touched with a rake for days. I really mean NONE.
#12 par 3 says 81 yards to the middle of green. Today’s pin was red. Played about 60 yards downhill. By far, the shortest hole that I have ever played in my 55 years of golf. Do you really want that distinction?
$31 twilight rate not a value considering the course. Inside staff very professional and courteous. Starter/Marshall grouchy and lacks customer service skills.
Good course, grounds crew suck
Played a week ago and the grounds crew was very ignorant, cutting other golfers off and rushing them through shots, went again today and literally saw a groundscrew guy yell " hurry up" to another golfer who had literally just walked up to his ball, course is nice but have never experienced such a terrible unfriendly environment golfing. Will gladly take my business elsewhere
8 minute tee times.
Yep, spacing times out at 8 minutes . We went off 10 minutes late. Had a slow front 9, but got a head of the group in front of us and came in at 4hrs 20 minutes.
Course in good shape. Are a few palaces you can lose a ball, but mostly an open course. White tees were a bit up on some tee boxes that, I’m sure contributed to mr 87. It will make me play the blues next time Bunkers haves some stones/pebbles in them, but all of them have been attended to and are playable. Greens were fast and I’m sure will only get faster. I did see a ranger a couple times. Smiled and waved as we passed each other
Great bang for buck
The course was well taken care of but prepare to have a long round. It isn’t as challenging as others in the area and thus there are a lot of slower players on the course. Our round took 4.5 hours on a Tuesday
Fun course
Tee boxes need a little attention. Greens running slow. Layout is good and fair. Overall a nice place that needs some attention, that being said a would play it again.
Nice March Round
We were paired with two young fellas who wanted to have fun and so we all did. Nearly eagled the first hole, and my partner nearly aced the last par 3. Grass isn't growing yet so a lot of the trouble isn't out yet. Marshal helped keep things moving and it was the most enjoyable round I've ever played there. I play once or twice a year there. My main complaint has been pace of play and it was much! better, because the course was packed on a 75F degree day in mid-March. I'll be back soon, and it's a full hour drive for me.
