    Greens excellent shape.
Fairways narrow and tree lined. Hit'em straight. Some holes require shot shaping. But keeping shots in the fairway will afford good scoring. Tee boxes are needing some help on some holes. Those are shaded by many trees. Tee boxes in the sunlight are very nice.
Pricing is fair. Can afford multiple play during the week and weekend without breaking the bank. Clubhouse needs renovation. Service is good. Carts are fuel injected Yamaha. No choke needed on cold mornings.
