the fairways could use a little more up keep, the cart path can get dusty at times, the greens are well kept.

I was a little disappointed in the overall upkeep on this course with the exception of the areas around the greens. Fairways were 90% dead Bermuda and 10% new growth that was not mowed. Tee boxes not well manicured and grass in rough was variable. I played other courses in the area the same week and those courses were lush and green. Cart paths ranged from broken pavement to dirt complete with water filled potholes. Carts are old and obviously well worn. The staff however was extremely helpful. The starter spent about ten minutes with us explaining the yardage book and some unique holes on the course and how best to play them. The design of the course was awesome and would have been a blast to play had the turf conditions been better. Greens, approaches, and rough surrounding the greens very well manicured.

The price is right especially The golf carts are not the greatest, they struggle going up hills. Carts are not in the best shape.

Always in great shape always a challenge. Makes you use every club in my bag.

Nice course. Ascetics are not the course's best feature. The carts are a bit run down and the paths are mostly unpaved. But the layout and the conditions were pretty good, especially since it was January!

Course was laid out well for all type of golfers. Greens were in excellent condition.

I've been playing this course off and on since moving to King George, Virginia. I have seen the course grow and get up to speed with the times. Online tee times are a great asset for this course, and keep me coming back for more. The holes are challenging and even in the fall season, the greens have never looked so good. The tee boxes could use a little work, but other than that, the course is a great value...I plan to return many many times!!! Great Job Cameron Hills!

Course is in great shape with the normal challenge include the leaves this time of year. Staying on the fairway a plus. Greens were clear, smooth and fast. Weather was beautiful enhancing the play for the day.

I have had the opportunity to play this course several times and love it. They are kid friendly and I enjoy bringing my grandson with me.

This is a great course to play. It isnt too far off the main road at all but is secluded and quiet. We loved that the course wasn't too busy and had a beautiful day of weather for our round. Only the 3rd time i've been down there but always enjoy the round.

Picked a great day, low traffic, solo round was really quick 3 hrs (my rhythm was on auto pilot). Used the Course Guide, and what a difference/no guessing landing spots. Trust the guide, it's gold! Short dog legs I cut corners over trees, and had a short chip in. Staff are the best always, course was outstanding. If you're a military golfer/left right, bring plenty of balls. Course has good sight lines. I live too far for frequent visits, but this is a good stop to relax and play.

Once you hit Virginia going south on 301 it's about a 30 minute drive. All the staff are extremely friendly and it truly is a great, quiet course. The course is in good condition and it's my go to over summer. The holes are on the shorter side but its a great play. There are a lot of opportunities for you to lose balls so maybe bring a little bit extra if you are concerned.

Course conditions are very good; cart paths need some work in places. Several of the holes are quite challenging, but holes are relatively short compared to other courses. The price went up this year and seems to be a bit on the high side. Nonetheless, I do always enjoy playing at Cameron Hills.

The perfect mix of challenging generous. Fairly well maintained course with good greens ( not very quick) but good condition!

I have played Cameron Hills dozens of times over the years. For the price, I think it is one of the best twilight values around and is rarely busy. Highly recommend for people of all skill groups.

Out in the middle of nowhere with no external distractions. Course is challenging with moderately tight fairways, side slopes to the middle or rough now and then and hidden obstacles you must prepare for. It is a great course and I will definitely play it again...

Great course. The fairways were nice and the greens were great. I like this course very much. Thanks for the hospitality. We had a great time.

I took a friend and he is just learning to play and we had a great time.The only trouble came from the flies.So bring some bug spray or dryer sheets to tuck under your hat.

My foursome enjoyed a great day of golf at Cameron Hills. Perfect weather!
