Super fun course. A must play if you’re in the area
Love the course, love the staff. It’s short but very challenging. It’s very easy to let your score get away from you if you try to overpower the course. The greens are immaculately kept, fast and true.
Be aware of the hidden fee
I thought the deal could save 20% but the hidden cart fee almost $10, did not expect that. The course used to let kids play for free but now have to pay the regular green fee, disappointing!
great condition
Prince William GC is my go to golf course, I played here move than once a month. The staffs are friendly, the course is in good condition and the pace of play is fast maybe because I normally play on Mondays.
Course was wet. Bunkers had nice sand. No hot dogs
Good value
Good value for the 'hot deal' decent shape, staff is friendly
Don't waste your money
The overall condition of the course wasn't too bad for late March but the greens are faster than concrete and about as hard. Almost 6 hours to play a relatively short par 70 course. The tee times are stacked 10 minutes apart, which wouldn't be bad if the Marshalls did their jobs. Also if you're going to allow people to walk the course the tee times should be spaced more. We waited 10 minutes or more past our tee time because the group in front of us had 3 people in carts and 2 walking. The group in front of them must've been two groups that decided to play together because there were 7 in the group! Marshall was out all day and never broke them up. There was a family of 6, 2 parents and 4 kids. The kids were throwing a ball around the course in between shots. Horrible time management. I'm a 30 handicap so if the pace is too slow for me that's bad. No ball washers, no bathrooms on the course, no signage on holes or directions on cart paths. Trash everywhere on the course. We saw the Marshall drive by discarded chip bags and beer cans multiple times. We picked up what we could as we played. People leaving cigarette butts on the greens and in bunkers. I will never play here again.
