Greens are okay. Fairways are poor. Bunkers are bad; not maintained at all; some without rakes.
Play was horribly slow. Cart paths are horrible; like riding down moguls on a ski slope. Pro shop is a metal building; adjacent to another metal building with a "snack bar". The resort/hotel complex was probably a beautiful place 20 yrs ago; about ready to fall down, now. I think they were using the ballroom as a cart shed. Price was good; but I wouldn't go back, or recommend playing it, to anyone.
