HAYMARKET, VA -- The Organization for Autism Research (OAR) invites you to play in the first Capital Autism Golf Classic to be held at the Piedmont Club in Haymarket, VA. Piedmont is a Tom Fazio designed course located in the heart of Virginia’s Civil War country. As described in the cover story of the April issue of Washington Golf, Piedmont is “one of the fairest, most enjoyable, and best-conditioned courses in Northern Virginia.”

Take advantage of the rare opportunity to play this challenging course, compete for a host of team and individual prizes, and support a great cause!

Join us at Piedmont for a full day of golf that will include unlimited practice balls, brunch before teeing off, a shotgun scramble, best ball competition for outstanding team prizes, as well as on-course contests for exciting individual prizes.

At the end of the day, back in the Clubhouse you will enjoy cocktails on the patio that overlooks the 18th green and be able to bid on an array of prizes in the silent auction. The camaraderie will continue when the guests move inside the elegant stone clubhouse for dinner, the presentation of awards, and a live auction.

As you enjoy the surroundings of the Piedmont Club and the challenge of team competition, you will be helping to establish the Capital Autism Golf Classic as a premier, annual event. Most important, with your support and the proceeds from this event, OAR will support research and information programs that will make a difference in the lives of children and adults living with autism.
