Writer advises against
playing Forest Park
Golf Course

(Aug. 18, 2006) - Our tee time (at Forest Park Golf Course) was for 2:38 p.m. We didn't get off until 3 p.m. After waiting for at least two groups at hole Nos. 1, 2 and 3, we were waiting for 25 minutes to tee off at hole 4.

We left in disgust after waiting on the fifth hole for people in front of us to hit onto the green, and got back to the clubhouse at 5 p.m. Did they offer anything? Of course not. It's our fault for playing there.

Nice to kiss $50 goodbye. Unless you like a nice long wait, don't play here.
