Hooper's Landing Golf Course
About
Hooper's Landing Golf Course (formerly known as "Seaford Golf & Country Club") sprawls across more than 200 acres of gently rolling terrain. Constructed in 1949, the course has a classic design that is accessible for players of all skill levels. There are some tight holes that will make you think twice before pulling out the driver but they are nicely balanced by some wide-open holes where you can grip it and rip it. Though the golf course is relatively short at 6,725 yards from the back tees, the small, well bunkered greens offer plenty of challenges. The approaches to the greens demand accuracy, which will be further tested by water hazards and trees. Hooper's Landing Golf Course begins with a tricky dogleg right, a par 4 with a green that is not only heavily guarded by bunkers but it also sits above the fairway.

Back to Hoopers
I was really impressed about the amount that they are putting into the place. Fairways coming in nicely we had one in our party caught in Bridge traffic they were great about letting others tee off ahead of us. Our final person got there on hole 2 and we went back and played 1-2 after round
Worst course ever!!!!
Bad condition in every holes!!!
Grass, bunker, fairway,,, etc,, all need to be cleaned and maintained,,
Worst golf experience ever,,
If you want to play golf in DE, go to others,,
This course has some challenges
This golf course has some great challenges from the first hole second shot and some over the water shots. Definitely need a golf cart! I would not want to walk this golf course. Course maintenance has been hard at work replacing some fairways which looked good. The tee boxes need some work but other then that it’s in great shape. This course does not have much of a club house or food selection.
Half the course is under construction, no forewarning
8 holes on the course are unplayable. The fairways are shut down do if you hit a shot onto them, you must move it to the rough and hit your next shot. Unfortunately 3/4 of the time that means you now need to hit a punch shot under a tree to advance. I was never given a warning during booking, or a rescheduling I had to do, only found out when I showed up. I feel cheated for over 50 bucks a round. I would skip this one until at least fall or next year. Save your money, give this course a skip
Not worth the money
No clue how this course received over a 4 star rating. There is no difference between the rough and the fairway. It’s like teeing it up in your backyard. Greens had recently been aerated and no notice was given either during booking or upon arrival to the course. Overall, this is a three star at best and hopefully i just played it at a bad time. Either way it was not worth the $50.
Wonderful experience
Just a wonderful day. Upon arrival, told gentleman at pro shop that this was my first time playing the course and he immediately provided a pamphlet outlining the course with each hole detailed. He kindly gave me a tour of the essentials and off we were. Beautiful course with greens and fairways in top condition. Had the course to ourselves; no waiting, no pressure and excellent play.
