Course always in good shape!
Deer Run is a local favorite. Rates are very good. They can use help with making sure there is drinking water on course!
Course needs maintenance, good staff
Course needs maintenance. Course was wet due to rain previous day but no visible work was done to make the course in a more playable condition. Staff was friendly. Would have been nice to have some food ready at turn.
Would only play again for a good deal.
For $13 it was a great value. Course is C- for condition and C- for layout.
For the $13 on golf now it was a great value. Ii give the course a rating of C- for condition and C-for layout.
Some greens were in poor condition. Otherwise, conditions were good.
No drinking water on course although water stations were there but empty. If this was mentioned at clubhouse, we would have bought drinks. Some ball washers did not have water in them. Fairways were very good. Starter was attentive and very good..
Great price, but...
Course shape pretty rough even allowing for Spring conditions. Greens in particular. However, at $15 with cart, the value is unbeatable!
Short but Challenging
Extreme dogleg on most holes. Not enough marking for yardage or hazards boundary. Not an easy course for 1st time player. But interesting set up and challenging. Greens slow and bumpy with a few damaged by fungus. Had a hot deal from Golfnow, so good value for the early season round.
The greens are outstanding!
This course by far has the best greens. They are smooth and without bare spots, a putting dream. Playing near the water just felt good, nice comfortable breeze. I played the white tees 6200 yds, really gave me a good game. Be back real soon!
Greens need attention
Course is in pretty good condition for early spring. Greens did need attention. Layout is nice.
Challenging course especially hole 16 over the water.
Will continue to play this course as it is a challenging and has nice aminities such as putting green, chipping green, and driving range. Golf staff is "super"

A fun course to play and the staff was great....the course is set up nicely for all types of players.
You get what you pay for!
This course has bumpy greens and isn't well manicured. But I was in the beach area and needed something last minute. The course has only a few challenging holes; but for $9 on golf now, you can't beat the price. So I wasn't too disappointed based on that. Staff was friendly and food and drink was available even in the winter. Overall not a bad experience.
Very playable. Lot of contasts.
Course was a little wet and it was cart path only. Both fairways and greens had been aereated. It was a good value for the price wwe paid, but a little pricey otherwise.
Course is fun to play. We have played in the past.
Only problem was everytime we play there they have done some type of maintance to the course. Either greens were bad or cart path only. Does have a couple difficult holes and some pretty easy ones as well.
Good course for intermediate level golfers
This is a good course with a good mix of short, long and mid-range holes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect for intermediate skill golfers. Upkeep of course is fair to good. Would recommend this to a friend. Have played there about eight times in past year and will definitely go back.
Sub par but very near Ocean City
Course played very short, but with trouble in lots of places. If you can keep it in the fairway you'll play well here. Course was not in great shape when I played on 8/24/2012. Greens were shaggy and beat up, fairways were meh. Warning to those who play here this course is extremely buggy. Wear some good repellant if you decide to come play here. Staff was sorta rude also. Would explore other OC options next time I go out that way.
Great Beach Getaway
Found this course on golfnow.com. Cordial staff. Challenging course. Best value for your vacation money and time! Will return each year I vacation in Ocean City, MD.
