Wet conditions
No on from the staff there any written notice that the greens were wet.
Would've appreciated the heads up.
Nice Par 35 9-Hole Course
This is a very nice 9 hole course with three par 3's, four par 4's and 2 par 5's. It is not so long that average length hitters have trouble reaching the greens in regulation, yet long enough that most clubs in the bag will be used. Despite being early in the season, it was nice to be hitting off grass in the fairway, not hardpan. The greens felt firm (no ball marks to repair), yet were easy to hold, not too fast, and putts ran smoothly. The staff in the clubhouse could not have been friendlier or more helpful.
Fun Golfing
I love using Golf Now to play at Windy Hill. The golf course is fun and the staff is accommodating. Everyone at Golf Now is friendly and make booking a tee time easy.
You're going to get what you pay for here. Course is short, so you don't get to play many irons other than an 8 or a 9. Tees and greens were in average shape, some better than others. Fairways were pretty good for this time of year. Course layout was nothing special, and it was pretty easy to walk. Pretty decent driving range, but they only have mats, no grass. Quick, pretty easy, and cheap play if that is what you are looking for.
Cute little Par 3
Play here with my 7 year old grandson. Challenging for him, but very good practice for short game. Always have a fun time here
Not Bad
Course , especially greens much better shape than have seen before . Couple greens need work but overall not bad. Very short , in between type course , between par three and regulation. Very tight thou so don't be too over confident , this course has no out. If offline it's gone. Nice for practice nine for hour and a half. Golfnow rate only way to go or way too much for rake rate. Tees , fairways just ok and traps never really come in play much.
Greens are in great shape
Windy Hill is always a great value with a hot deal!
windy hill
I love this course the people are always great and I will continue to golf here!
Course and greens are in great shape.
First time to play this year here. Course conditions much improved over last two seasons.
Pin placements were challenging today.
Fun course
The lady obviously does not like golf now pricing, very rude.
Nothing to write home about, but perfect for a short game practice round.
Nothing special here, just know that going in. It's a lighted par 3 course that's in "fair" condition at best. For the price, $7 per golfer using this hot deal, it's an awesome deal for a short practice round.

WH is a great place to practice.
Windy hill
Good course for a good price
Greens are gone
I haven't been out at the Hill for a while, but was able to get a discounted rate for 9 holes so we gave it a shot for old time's sake. It has been raining in the area for a few days so I figured it the course would be really soggy, but it had drained pretty well on the Tees and Fairways. No real complaints there.
The "greens" were a different story. If I recall correctly, there were three greens that were in decent shape, three greens that were about 40% sand and three greens that were basically a sand trap. Probably 80% sand with no grass whatsoever. I have played here many times and have never seen the greens in such bad shape. Would have been nice to get a heads up at the clubhouse that greens were under repair. If I would have paid the rack rate for 18 holes I would have been very disappointed.
I usually love my experience at Windy Hill and I still had fun this trip since we made the most of it. Really hope the greens come back decent next spring. Can't see myself going back until they do.
Heat has taken its toll
Played here several times knowing good practice course , short and usually in good condition. Well the greens are shot. Couple of them showing more brown than green . Then saw something have never seen before on golf course, but my playing partner has seen it before here. Apparently if you are handicapped , and golfers in front if us were with a handicap flag on cart, it is ok to drive all over the green. They crossed the few holes we played behind them going back and forth across the green riding in the cart. Well heat, poor golfer etiquette where not repairing marks and this have all worn this course out. Will wait till Late fall before go back.
